4. Candidate and Employer Responsibilities
- Candidates are responsible for profile accuracy, authenticity of resume data, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Employers are responsible for lawful hiring practices, job post accuracy, and fair candidate treatment.
- Both parties agree to use platform communication channels responsibly.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Some features use automated extraction, ranking, or recommendation systems. Output quality may vary. Users must review and verify all AI-assisted results before relying on them.
6. Verification, Suspension, and Termination
We may request additional verification, limit access, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or fail compliance checks.
7. Intellectual Property
OminiO and related branding, software, and product components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own content, and grant OminiO a limited license to operate the service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, OminiO disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
